Since joining in 2014, Claire has played a critical role in the transition of Brand Collective to be its own standalone business, having previously been part of the Pacific Brands empire. This period saw Claire build the entire HR infrastructure from the ground up. Claire continues to play a key role on the leadership team by being a thought leader on people and cultural topics to help solve organisational challenges, through people-related solutions. ⠀
Claire also has a side hustle called Eating your Cake too – a business helping young, professional women get the f*ck out of their own ways, and achieve their personal and professional goals! ⠀
Eating your Cake Too was born out of the fundamental belief Claire holds that life shouldn’t be a trade off, and that as women we CAN, and SHOULD have our cake and eat it too!⠀ ⠀
