Women are in some kind of transition for most of their careers.
Whether its transition to or from maternity leave, transition to executive leadership, transition to business ownership or transition to board roles.
The vision for #WWGI is for women to have access to advice, mentors, sponsors during these transitions. I also want women to have safe spaces & places to extend their strategic network & have some fun!
WWGI is all about action and creating positive outcomes for women.
That’s why a powerhouse line up of female businesswomen, entrepreneurs & Board Directors have been assembled for the next #WWGI event for women.
These businesswomen, entrepreneurs & Board Directors are going to facilitate several rounds of speed coaching circles, then all join WWGI founder, Michelle Redfern, on stage for QANDA, #WWGI style!
All your questions about your own transitions past, present and future will be answered.
Circlein.co is what all working mother’s have been waiting for.
Circle In supports working women through all stages of parental leave and returning to work with free access to advice, resources, podcasts and stories from real women. The idea was born out of frustration by the lack of real and practical career support available when going on parental leave and returning to work.
Kate and Jodi are 2 mothers who have left their senior roles in the corporate world, recently with NAB and REA Group, to help Australian women have a better parental leave experience. They have been through the journey themselves, as both are mothers to two beautiful children, aged 2 and 4.
They share a mutual passion for supporting women with their career and believe women shouldn’t have to start parental leave feeling worried about their career and lacking in confidence when returning to work.
They are determined bring 50,000 women back to work with confidence in the next 3 years.
What else can I get coaching, guidance and advice about?

Circle #3: Judy Pridmore & Christie Downes (Handdii): Help, I want to be an entrepreneur!
Circle #4: Merryl Dooley & Sam Hunter (Execs & Board Directors): Women on Boards, how to get there.
